✅ What You Might Experience:

  • Mild fatigue, nausea, breast tenderness
  • Mood changes and increased urination
  • Food cravings or aversions

📌 It’s a good time to begin taking folic acid supplements and maintain a healthy, balanced diet. Staying hydrated and getting enough rest can also support your well-being during this phase.


❌ What to Avoid:

  • Smoking, alcohol, and high-caffeine drinks
  • Undercooked meat, raw papaya, and unpasteurized dairy
  • Heavy lifting or strenuous physical activity without medical advice
  • Taking medications without consulting your doctor
